Project Description

Herefordshire Council’s 2012 quality of life survey was a large scale sample survey of residents in Herefordshire measuring quality of life in the county. It asked about satisfaction of public services and local area, community safety, volunteering, unpaid care, self-declared health, access to services and influence on local decision-making.

Tony Cramp, Data Orchard director, led on the survey for the council – ensuring robust analysis and compliance with national benchmarking standards by arranging delivery of the survey to a sample of over 4,000 households and applying weighting techniques to the returns. He then produced detailed analytical reports of the results.
