We’re delighted to have been chosen by Stanford University as one of seven social impact organizations across Africa, Europe, and the U.S to receive a grant with the support of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Sian Basker, project director says “It’s really exciting to be taking our ground-breaking Data Evolution research to the next level”. We’ll be working locally in the West Midlands with social good organisations to build and improve their data capabilities so watch out for opportunities to participate.
The Digital Impact Grant programme is an initiative of the Digital Civil Society Lab at the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society (Stanford PACS). The program aims to support advancement and research in the safe, responsible use of digital resources among non-profits, foundations, and other civil society organizations, with a focus on projects that have broad application for improving knowledge, practices, and outcomes across the global social sector.
We’re equally excited to have the opportunity to work with Stanford PACS, the other amazing grantees in our cohort, and to be part of an international community of data and digital impact organisations!
